Bulk food ingredients · sourced across India
One desk between your plant and India's processing belt.
Name the material, the cut and the specification you buy to. We source it from India's processing belt, contract it, document it and land it at your port — one counterparty, one invoice, one point of claim. On export rails laid in 1973.

Products & specifications
The whole spec sheet, before you ask for it.
Most suppliers make a buyer chase the datasheet. The potato line is published here in full — physical parameters, microbiological limits, nutrition, packing and container loading. Spec sheets for every other line are issued on request, same day.

HS 1105.10 · potato flour
Potato flour
The finest mill of the range. Behaves as a binder and a coating carrier rather than a rehydratable base — it takes up water, holds a patty together, and crisps under fry.
- Binder in patties, vada, cutlets and koftas
- Coating and batter systems for fish and poultry
- Thickener for soups, sauces and gravies
- Bakery and confectionery texture
| Grade | Finest mill of the flake range |

HS 0712.20 · dried onion
Onion
The volume material of the Gujarat dehydration belt. One base crop, four distinct products — sorted by colour, by cut, and by whether it has been through heat before it reaches you.
Minced 1–3 mm · granules
Powder 80–100 mesh The default across seasoning blends, soup bases, dry mixes and ready meals. Cleanest colour of the range.
Granules · powder Specified where colour carries into the finished product, or where a sharper pungency is wanted.
HS 0712.90 · dried garlic
Garlic
Never bought without onion, and rarely bought on its own. Same cut logic as the onion line, from whole clove down to a fine mill.
HS 0910.11 · ginger
Ginger
The third aromatic. Rounds out the onion–garlic base that every seasoning house and ready-meal kitchen buys together.
HS 2008 · 2007 · prepared pulps
Fire-roasted pulps
Flame-roasted, peeled and pulped, then thermally processed — aseptic drum or can, ambient shipment, no cold chain. The base a mezze, sauce or ready-meal manufacturer buys so it never has to roast and peel in its own kitchen.
Smoke level to requirement
Aseptic drum or can The base for mutabbal, baba ganoush, dips and frozen curry. Charred over flame, so the smoke is in the pulp — not added afterwards as flavouring.
Roasted or plain Sauce bases, mezze, soup and ready meals. Bought on the same order as the aubergine and rarely on its own.
Aseptic, ambient Juice and beverage bottling, dairy, ice cream and bakery. Kesar comes off the Gir belt.
Brix and pack to requirement Send the base you buy to and we process to it — seasoned, unseasoned, drum or can, your label or ours.
HS 0712.90 · 0813 · powders
Powders
The same materials milled down. Bought for colour and clean-label function as much as for flavour — a natural colourant that does not have to be declared as an additive.

The belt makes it. The desk moves it.
Two halves of the same answer to the only question a serious buyer has: can you produce it to spec, and can you land it at my port with the paperwork clean.
The document set
Filed before the box moves.
Certificate of origin, health certificate, batch analysis, halal or kosher where the market asks — the full document set is filed before the container moves, with certificate numbers you can check yourself.
These rails have been running since 1973 — African tenders, European MNC supply chains, a Government-Recognised Export House behind every shipment. Your ingredient rides an established channel, not a first attempt.
Base material
It starts with the right potato.
Only potatoes above 20% solid content enter the line. Low-solid potatoes carry water, not yield — they cost more to dry and finish inconsistently. Intake is checked at the gate and a load that misses the parameters is turned away rather than blended in.
Process — gate to sack
The line is fully automatic and reconfigurable, so more than one customer specification can run in the same production window.
