Questions about paying
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices in rupees, for clients in India, are shown before GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. Prices in US dollars are for clients outside India.
How do I pay?
Press the button on the offer. Where online payment is open, you pay on Razorpay's secure page: by UPI, card or netbanking in India, and by card from outside India. Otherwise you book on WhatsApp and the house sends you a payment link.
What happens after I pay?
You send what the job needs (artwork, a specification, a recipe or a factory address) on WhatsApp or by email, and the house confirms the scope and the date with you.
What does credited mean?
Where an offer says it is credited against a bigger one, what you paid is taken off the bigger one if you go ahead within 60 days.
