Reports, checks, checklists, designs, specification sheets, costings and studies are delivered as files by email or on WhatsApp. The delivery date is confirmed in writing when the house has what the job needs.

Held by video or phone at a time agreed with you.

Carried out at the factory on a date agreed with you and the factory. The report is delivered by email.

Sent by courier within India to the address you give, with the tracking number shared on WhatsApp or by email. Delivery outside India is quoted at cost before dispatch.

Production runs, bulk orders and container orders are delivered on the terms written into their quotation: delivery within India, or an incoterm (FOB Mundra, CIF or C&F) and port, with the dates.

Where you add shipment handling, the house books the shipment on the terms you choose: FOB, CIF, C&F or delivered to your door. Freight, insurance, documents and customs clearance are arranged through the circle's logistics partners, and the tracking details are shared with you.
