What we collect, and why.

The enquiry forms ask for your name, email, phone, company and what you need. When you send one, the house also records the time, your IP address and your browser type, to keep out spam.

The enquiry is emailed to the house and kept in a log on our web host so nothing is lost if an email fails.

Payments are taken by Razorpay in its own secure window. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us. Razorpay tells us your name, email, phone, the amount and the payment reference, which we need to deliver what you bought and to issue your invoice.

If you write on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation to do the work you asked for.

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No analytics service receives your visits.
• Your browser remembers a few choices you make on the site, such as whether you are in India, the map or dashboard view, and the vegetarian or non-vegetarian dish. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.

• Razorpay, to take payments.
• Hostinger, our web host and email provider, which stores the site, the enquiry and payment records, and its email.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
• Telegram, which carries a private alert to the house's own phone when a payment arrives: what was paid for, the amount, your email and phone.
• A maker, laboratory or logistics partner in the circle, only the details needed for a job you have asked for.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Your details are never sold or rented.

Enquiries and job records are kept while we are working together and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Payment records are kept as GST law requires.
