Poorti is a food house. From recipe to shelf — under our label or yours, in India and abroad.
The name is the method.
Poorti means supply. Mandalam means circle. Poorti Mandalam is our circle of farmers, processors, manufacturers, testing laboratories and logistics partners across India — each chosen for what they do best, all held to one standard. You deal with one house. The circle does the rest.

What the house will not do
We put our name on what we checked. The other side of that sentence is this list.
- Name a member of the circle without their written agreement. The map shows what a region does, not who we buy from.
- Publish a price, a date or a claim we cannot back with a document. Until we can, the page shows a marked gap.
- Promise a marketplace listing or a distributor's decision. Those are theirs to make, not ours.

- The hands
- Two open hands, meeting — one giving, one receiving. Every shipment is a handover of trust, and the mark puts Poorti permanently inside that moment: between the maker and the buyer who receives.
- The circle
- The hands close into a circle — completion. That is the name: Poorti, fulfilment. A supply chain with no gap in it, no point where responsibility changes hands and gets lost.
- The arcs
- The broken arcs radiating inside the ring are supply lines — the signal travelling outward from one house in Ahmedabad to kitchens and warehouses across the world, and the echo travelling back.
- The colour
- Turmeric-and-flame orange — the colour of the spice floor, of energy and appetite. On a sack, on a container, on a document: one colour that says the house has touched it.
